By using the University of Sufism's (this includes what was formerly the Institute of Spiritual Healing, which has been merged under the University of Sufism) services and products, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by the following Agreement each time you use our Programs, Services, & Products.
We provide live events, audio, video, and written educational material, coaching, and consulting for the University of Sufism Programs.
The University of Sufism does not, and cannot, guarantee that our programs will bring healing or success to an individual. Our experience is that when one walks through or transforms one’s inner experience, condition, images, or issues, healing may occur. This has also led one to greater success with traditional treatments for illness and suffering. However, there are many factors that lead to healing and success which we cannot control. The most important being the Will of God itself. Therefore, the University of Sufism cannot clearly make any claim or guarantee of healing and success with our treatments, programs, or advice. Similar to traditional medical treatments, there is an unknown factor of accuracy and outcomes. We will confirm though, that many people have truly benefited from these teachings and programs and we hope you are one of these!
All text, information, graphics, design, and data offered through our Programs, Services, & Products, whether produced by our Members or by us, are collectively known as our “Content.” The University of Sufism, as represented by its directors, officers, teachers, and staff, does not make medical diagnoses or provide medical or psychological treatment.
The University of Sufism recommends all program participants continue to see, consult with, and follow the advice of their regular medical doctors or health-care professionals. The University of Sufism does not promise, imply, or guarantee improvements or changes in medical or psychological conditions resulting from participation in the University of Sufism sponsored programs or events. This statement also applies to any teachings or services given by any licensed health professional on our staff. The teachings are considered to be spiritual in nature and are not intended to replace in any way medical or psychiatric/psychological treatment programs our students may already be receiving.
The University of Sufism programs, certificates, or certifications, are not a license to practice medicine or healing of any kind in any state or foreign jurisdiction. The University of Sufism programs do not necessarily fulfill any prerequisite that may be required to obtain a license to practice any form of medicine or healing in any state or other jurisdiction.
The University of Sufism is not a vocational school. The University of Sufism makes no promises or representations that there will be employment for its graduates. In addition, the University of Sufism has no facilities and provides no services to seek or obtain employment for its graduates.
Your use of our Programs, Services, & Products is solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.
The University of Sufism reserves the right to make any adjustments to the curriculum, graduation requirements, homework, certification, fees, course dates, class hours, equipment, and organization as the University of Sufism deems necessary.
You hereby acknowledge that nothing contained in our Programs, Services, or Products shall constitute financial, investment, legal, medical, and/or other professional advice and that no professional relationship of any kind is created between you and the University of Sufism or our members. You hereby agree that you shall not make any financial, investment, medical, legal, and/or other decision based in whole, or in part, on anything contained in our Programs, Services, or Products.
Please consult your personal professional doctor, lawyer, etc, and exercise your own due diligence in making decisions.
Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that:
● Any credit information you supply is true and complete.
● Charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company.
● You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
● If your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonored payment.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By signing this document, I am waiving any right I, or my successors, might have to bring any legal action or assert a claim against the University of Sufism, its employees, agents, and contractors for accusations of malpractice, negligence, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.
Dr. Robert Ibrahim Jaffe is a licensed medical doctor, a gifted spiritual Master Healer, and is exceptionally knowledgeable about allopathic and alternative health care methods. His rare qualities make his practice truly unique and special. Consultation sessions with Dr. Jaffe offer clients a multi-dimensional view of their illness or issue and a manner in which to connect with their ailment or condition in a way that fosters healing or a favorable outcome.
Neither Dr. Jaffe’s advice, nor the advice of his Master Healers, Teachers, or Staff, is intended to take the place of or be substituted for standard professional medical care and practices. All clients are instructed to visit their primary care physicians, receive a medical check-up, and follow the advice and instructions of their licensed medical professional while working in conjunction with Dr. Jaffe and/or his affiliates. Spiritual healing is not a substitute for a medical examination or treatment. The medical professionals of your country and state are legally given authority to advise you about your medical care. If you choose not to follow the advice of your medical professional, please understand this is at your discretion and not advised by us. We ask that you please notify us if you make this choice so that we are aware.
It is also recommended that you make an informed choice about your method of treatment and/or healing prior to your session with Dr. Jaffe, his Master Healers, his Teachers, and/or his Staff. You agree that you have revealed or will reveal to Dr. Jaffe and his affiliates any and all illnesses they may need to be informed of to support your healing process. You also agree to keep Dr. Jaffe and his affiliates updated on your mental, emotional, and physical health.
We acknowledge and honor everyone’s right to receive and use the advice of Dr. Jaffe’s, his Master Healers, his Teachers, and his Staff in the manner they see fit for themselves. We also acknowledge that there is always assumed, inherent risk in acting upon said advice.
We cannot make any guarantees that spiritual healing will heal or change your reality. We cannot guarantee that your disease will disappear, remit, or transform for you. Our observations indicate that the majority of our clients have had improvements or healing from our programs, but much is beyond our control. Ultimately, healing is in the hands of God and although many have healed, not all do. Our work is to help you find, understand, and transform the inner spiritual dimension of your illness, suffering, or life situation.
As you seek a healing session with Dr. Jaffe, his Master Healers, his Teachers, and his Staff, you understand that they may make comments on your spiritual health and how it may relate to your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This is done through intuitive and Divine inspiration and is not hard science. What is seen and interpreted may change through increased awareness and application of these healing techniques.
If at any time you feel endangered by what is brought up during, or after your healing session(s), we advise that you seek medical and/or psychiatric care from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider and consider giving Dr. Jaffe, his Master Healers, his Teachers, and his Staff permission to reach out to your licensed medical professional(s) if necessary. If you are in the U.S. and experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or call for emergency medical help on the nearest telephone.
In signing below, you agree to take responsibility for your healing(s) and release Dr. Jaffe and his affiliates from any and all liability/claims, known and unknown, that you feel may arise out of or are in any way connected with your participation in this or future spiritual healing sessions.
You acknowledge that Dr. Jaffe, his Master Healers, his Teachers, and his Staff are intuitive, spiritual healers and that they give spiritual healings for the purpose of providing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual support using techniques learned, as well as intuitive healing methods.
You attest that you understand the nature of the healing session(s) and freely elect to receive the healing(s). You also understand that spiritual healing and growth is ultimately given to you from God and is not a guarantee. Dr. Jaffe and his affiliates will attempt to support you in ways that accelerate your healing process.
You understand that your session(s) will be held confidential unless permission has been given by you to share your information for consultation purposes.
I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily requested a paid or unpaid individualized healing session, class, workshop, service, or program with Dr. Jaffe, his Master Healers, his Teachers, and his Staff and consent to care and services to include, but not be limited to ailment consultation, spiritual or energetic healing, intuitive coaching, guidance, classes, product offerings, and program attendance.
In consideration of this agreement with Dr. Jaffe, I allow him and his affiliates to instruct, assist, teach, advise, or train me. I do here and forever release and discharge, and hereby hold harmless, Dr. Jaffe, his Master Healers, his teachers, his Staff, and his respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or purchase of any program without limitation, which may occur as a result of following advice tendered and released, or training rendered or use of facilities during a session or event.
I recognize that Dr. Jaffe may suggest or advise medical or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to consider such advisement as being for my benefit and not for my harm.
I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities, offerings, products, services, classes, and/or programs in which I participate. I acknowledge and agree that no warranties have been made to me as to the results I will achieve from any insight, guidance, or program.
I understand that results are individual and may vary. I have been informed that client information and records will be handled professionally and kept confidential.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE, I freely accept all its terms and fully understand that it is a release of liability.

This course will have audio and video recordings during the University of Sufism (this includes what was formerly the Institute of Spiritual Healing, which has been merged under the University of Sufism) lectures and these lectures may be used for other teaching purposes and possibly be used as a course or part of a course in the future. These courses may be offered to others as part of the University and/or Dr. R. Ibrahim Jaffe teachings.
Please know that your participation is extremely important and that others will learn from your questions. By signing this form you are giving the University of Sufism, the right to use this material in any of the University courses.
I agree to allow the University of Sufism to use my audio and video presence in courses, teachings, etc. and I agree to respect and maintain all student confidentiality.
I understand and agree to the sharing of my class' audio and video recordings with any student enrolling in this class regardless of the date of their enrollment.
